food intake: flexible dieting with focus on high protein intake <= 2200 calories a day

Anyone ever heard that song “Sunday Best” by Surfaces? It just hit right this morning and I basically danced my way to the gym. Not easy with a loaded, 30lb GoRuck on your back! I imagine the people passing by at 4 in the morning on their way to work thought I was a nut case, but that’s okay because I probably am. I think routine is key in this fitness game. I do the same routine every morning before heading out for my run or gym session. Wake up, use the restroom, mix up my BPN pre-workout, write down 5 things I am grateful for, write down my current affirmations, do 5 minutes of visualization, watch a video from BPN or Cam Hanes’ Lift/Run/Shoot collection to get motivated (imaging it is me in the video), go to the bathroom 2 more times (yes 3 total everyday before I can leave … man getting old stinks haha!), then head out. I have heard the quote “consistency is a superpower we all possess.” WE JUST HAVE TO USE IT! Let’s do it together. Feel free to hit me up on Twitter, Instagram, or even just an email.
