Just do the work. My new mantra. Persistence is key. I literally can’t not lose weight if i just do the workouts and maintain some sort of sane caloric restriction. It’s not rocket science. I think I am going to hold off until I am in the 270s before I get my next tattoo because the 280s have alluded me for far too long and getting ink done means at least a mandatory 2-3 days (up to a week depending on size and scope) of off time and I am just too focused right now to want to take a break like that. Plus I have a couple of races coming up I have signed up for including a 10k, a 10 miler, and a 16 mile ruck event! Cheers!
