food intake: flexible dieting with focus on high protein intake <= 2200 calories a day

NEW PLAN. Setting goals is great but in reality creating systems to reach your goals is better. So my sole focus now is to just take it day by day. I know what I want to accomplish each day for my fitness and as long as I carry it out then I’ll reach my true goals eventually but no more reward system for hard set goals. Just regularly scheduled tattoos (until I run out of space and/or money haha) as I stick to my “weight loss system” which I will henceforth call my “fitness system” because weight loss is auxiliary and my true want (need) is to just be fit. period. Additionally, I am streamlining the blog to make it more enjoyable for me to write and hopefully more enjoyable for you all to read!

I must talk about my NEW PASSION. Rucking. I wanted to get more cardio in without destroying my legs running more often (yet) so I picked up a GORUCK Rucker 4.0 and have been getting in miles. I have already signed up for a 16 mile ruck in June! I am also planning on signing up for some races including a plan to run an Ultra-Marathon by the end of the year….so stay tuned!
