Needles get old quick apparently

Weight: 307.0 lbs

Feelings: I really hope I can keep up these insulin needle peptide shots. But, things are getting to me now. I was looking at my ankles last night and all the red dots that according to Google come from being obese and blood struggling to circulate to my feet, and I just thought “wow how did I get here.“ Lacing up to go to the gym in the morning and I have to hold my breath to get the job done. Heard a podcast from someone who is a success story talk about they did it so that they could live to enjoy their kids growing up after having heart surgery and I was almost in tears. I really really cannot live like this anymore. To the point where I don’t want to be around certain folks I used to hang around because the temptation to fall right back into the same habits would be too strong. I have to make better and smarter decisions not just for me but for my family. Checking in with my body and truth is I am sore everywhere and have particularly acute pain under my right knee that may be “jumpers knee.” Hope these expensive peptides do their job and help with the inflammation… Guess I’ll find out tomorrow when I wake up.

Calorie Total: ~ 2309 with 178g of Protein (apparently adding an apple and 2 hotdogs w/ no bun was a bad idea. Protein intake was too low and calories were more than I wanted as I try to stick to around no more than 2200 a day)

Supplements:

  • morning - Naked pre-workout & a Yohimbine supplement from Legion before workout. Naked Creatine after workout. Naked Protein before bed. Nightly BPC-157 booster.

Workout: - HIIT and Speed Training (3-5 workouts with only 3-5 reps. FULL FOCUS on speed for each rep)

  • 15 minute 2:1 HIIT on elliptical. 30 seconds “on” with 1 minute rest (Full Disclosure a couple rest periods may have gone over…)

  • Box Jumps and Speed Ball routine

    • ball throws & ball slams

    • box jumps & wall slams (both sides)

    • lying ball throws & “keg” throws

  • crunches and leg lift burn out (basically alternated as one giant set until i was exhausted…only took about 20-25 of each broken up to do it to me)

  • walked to and from gym for a total of 2.2 miles
