Feelings: Soooooooo…. this is my REBOOT #2. This time I am employing some backup! FULL DISCLOSURE, I am now taking peptides while also doing exercise and adhering to ‘Flexible Dieting’ principles I learned from Michael Matthews. I’m stacking a GLP-1 and BPC-157. My hope is the insulin regulation, inflammation reduction, and improved recovery effects of the peptides will help boost my progress as well as keep me motivated (because the price tag is much steeper than whey protein haha). Not gonna lie this is the second day of insulin needles poking me and its still a little weird and makes me anxious until its over, but "history favors the bold"! I got a workout in this morning, made smart food choices, stayed under my daily calorie goal and even got some extra miles in walking with the misses after work. It was a great day and I am excited to see what tomorrow holds.

Calorie Total: ~ 2141 with 221g of Protein (I like tracking my macros)

Supplements:

  • morning - Naked pre-workout & a Yohimbine supplement from Legion before workout. Naked Creatine after workout. Naked Protein before bed. Nightly BPC-157 booster.

Workout: - Zone 2 cardio (45 minute fast paced walking for 2.7 miles total…I’m slowly working my way back up to jogging I promise!)
