Morning Feelings: If only this kind of daily weight loss was sustainable… I was SORE this morning. It is always like this when you get back to working out after taking an extended break, not to mention my body is probably weakened from being sick and all the antibiotics. No worries though, I understand the game and just push through it. Plus the first big weight drop goes a long way for motivation. Now I get to rest the rest of the day watching football.

Previous Day Diet: nothing special. left over Olive Garden for lunch, but followed that up with a salad (with grilled chicken for protein) for dinner.

Supplements:

  • morning - Naked pre-workout & Yohimbine supplement from Legion before workout. Naked Creatine after workout.

Workout: - shoulders and triceps

  • standing military press & assisted pull-ups - 3 working sets

  • single arm cable lateral raises & straight bar push-downs - 3 working sets

  • light DB Arnold press & light DB seated shrugs - 3 working sets

  • light DB bent over lateral raises & light DB lateral raises & cable kick-backs - 3 working sets

  • walked to and from the gym for total of 2 miles
