REBOOT - new starting weight 308.0 lbs

Morning Feelings: Soooooooo…. this is my REBOOT. I just got done with a 2nd round of antibiotics from some flu like thing I caught. Think I am about 90% healthy now so I decided to got to the gym again finally. Unfortunately, full disclosure I became disillusioned while sick and started making TERRIBLE diet decisions as can probably be guessed by my new starting weight being slightly higher than the original one. How long do they say it takes for a habit to form… lets actually make this time stick. With that in mind, I honestly felt like crap this morning after staying up late and having some beers which led to terrible sleep. I’m a glutton for punishment. But I got a workout in and that is all I care about at the moment. You can’t start a journey without the first step.

Breakfast: 601 calories

  • sprouted grains english muffin

  • scrambled eggs (2 whole, 1/4 cup egg whites)

  • 4 strips of bacon

  • 1 slice of american cheese

Supplements:

  • morning - Naked pre-workout & Yohimbine supplement from Legion before workout. Naked Creatine after workout.

Workout: - chest and biceps

  • flat bench & assisted pull-ups - 3 working sets

  • incline bench & seated curls - 3 working sets

  • low-to-high cable crossovers & cable curls - 2 working sets

  • high-to-low cable crossovers & DB hammer curls - 3 working sets

  • assisted dips - 2 working sets

  • walked to and from the gym for total of 2 miles
