Oh my G-O-S-H it finally happened! I thought I would never get out of the 290s! It feels so good to see that second digit go down and I am pumped to keep this momentum going. You just have to “trust the process.” I am not always perfect with my diet, but I am religious with my workouts. Two a day every weekday with 2 hours sessions on Saturday and Sunday. Yes you read that correctly, NO DAYS OFF. Monday is a “lighter” day but I still do a quick gym session in the morning and a recovery cardio in the afternoon. I am on a mission. Oh, and I just got my home cold plunge (needed a bigger size) and infrared sauna. First cold plunge in months today and it was coooooooooold. But it always feels nice after. Doing “hard” things can make you feel like a beast. And if you stack enough of the “hard” things together than I think that means YOU ARE A BEAST. Let’s keep this ball rolling y’all. Cheers.
