Friday the 13th (evening)
Nighttime Feelings: Soooooooo…. misses talked me into doing a $40 dollar Friday the 13th tattoo special. Just went outline so it will heal quickly and not disrupt my workouts but will still disrupt my daily cold plunges for a couple days. I must admit, the top of the foot was kind of painful so I was glad to not get any shading although I’ll probably end up getting some at some point just to help make the piece “come alive.” Great day all together which kept me from thinking about food until noon, which was nice because most days I’m counting down the seconds. I did deviate from the standard diet plan, but due to being out already we called an audible. We ate at restaurants twice today BUT with smart food choices. We took the kids to see the new Beetlejuice movie which was solid. Wouldn’t call it a masterpiece but the nostalgia was great. Keeping busy definitely helps.
Cold Plunge: skipped today due to new tattoo
Diet: Intermittent Fasting with first meal at 1200. Last Meal at 1900 and protein/creatine shake at 2000. Calorie Total: <= 2000, couple deviations that are a little harder to track like I had a couple handfuls of popcorn at the movies and some pistachios. and chipotle for dinner BUT asked for half rice, no cheese and no sour cream.
Supplements:
morning - pre-workout & Yohimbine supplement from Legion before workout. EAAs after workout.
evening - whey protein & creatine.
